Data protection includes the protection of the right for an individual to determine how their personal information is handled, the protection of privacy, the protection against abusive data processing and the protection of the right of personality in the area of data processing. At comtexto, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) adopted by the EU. Information security at comtexto
As well as following legal data protection regulations, comtexto observes the highest information security requirements. To ensure the security of your information, we meet even the most demanding security standards.
All data at comtexto is protected in accordance with the ISO 27001 standard, which ensures the implementation of appropriate security mechanisms to protect all the information of an organisation.
Furthermore, our servers and data are located in a highly available data centre in Zurich. The data centre is FINMA and ISO 27001 certified and therefore satisfies even the highest security requirements of Swiss banks.
Confidentiality and non-disclosure
We are committed to ensuring the security of your data. For this reason, we only use absolutely reliable technological security standards. In addition, we continuously raise awareness among our employees and oblige them to take active data protection measures. All internal and external employees are subject to a strict confidentiality agreement.
ISO certifications
In addition to ISO 27001 certification, we also have ISO 17100 (quality of translation services) and ISO 18587 (post-editing by qualified professionals) certifications. Both certifications attest that our processes are secure and verifiable, which is essential for effective information security.
